It is a mandatory requirement for a CEEC project manager to possess an engineering background with hands on exposure to each engineering discipline being managed.

All projects undertaken to date have been conducted both on time and budget. The management system utilised by CEEC provides the project manager with all information at his/her fingertips. This includes tracking of all aspects of the project such as documentation, correspondence, time tracking, cost tracking and task management.
