All software developed by CEEC remains the intellectual property of the client engaging CEEC to develop the software. Thus, every client dealing with CEEC can rest assured that comprehensively commented code will be provided on completion of the project.

CEEC maintains a comprehensive software versioning and tracking system that tracks all versions of software released at various stages of the project. All software backups are stored by CEEC for a minimum of 20 years.
