Commissioning

All control system programming performed by CEEC is comprehensively bench tested in-house prior to on-site implementation. It is common practice at CEEC that no detailed programming is done on site during the commissioning phase of the project. All detail is worked out in the office where there is minimal risk of error and the ability to ensure that programming is thorough, resulting in the best possible end result.

Programming on site, which is a common occurrence in the industry is not only risky and time consuming but results in the onus being placed on a single engineers abilities. Whereas, in the office environment it is possible to draw on the knowledge and experience of the team as a whole.

Commissioning begins with a well thought out commissioning and acceptance testing plan which is generated and distributed to all parties involved with commissioning well before arriving on site. When working on live sites with no/short shutdown windows planning is performed meticulously to ensure minimal disruption to production and timely handover of the system.
